Summary
In 2020, Namaka embarked on introducing Geneva’s first floating center, aiming to offer residents a unique avenue for holistic well-being. To ensure a successful launch, they partnered with Z Digital Agency to strategise a pre-launch campaign focused on securing pre-bookings and reservations.
Our approach
Recognising the importance of generating early revenue and building anticipation, ZDA proposed the creation of a dedicated landing page, bypassing the need to wait for the full website development. This landing page featured a simple e-commerce solution, enabling customers to purchase sessions and gift cards seamlessly.
We then focused on targeted advertising through Meta. Given the novelty of floating therapy in the region and the associated low search volume, Google Ads were deemed less effective. Instead, the focus was on Meta ads, UGC type content and diverse images and videos to engage potential clients.

Audience segmentation
We tested different audiences to see who would respond best, trying both broad and more specific groups. Athletes were a key focus, as floating helps with muscle recovery. We also targeted pregnant women looking for relaxation and pain relief, along with people interested in mindfulness and consciousness, who were likely to appreciate the deep relaxation benefits of floating.
MVW or Minimum Viable Website
Since waiting for a full website would have delayed sales, we took a faster approach by creating a simple, high-converting landing page. The goal was to start generating revenue and building excitement before Namaka’s official launch. The page was designed for clarity and ease of use, allowing visitors to quickly learn about floating, book sessions, and purchase gift cards.
To maximise conversions, we kept the messaging straightforward and included a seamless e-commerce solution. This way, people could commit to trying floating without hesitation, helping Namaka secure early bookings and validate demand before opening its doors.
